Alchemical Goddess of Ecstasy Initiation

The most seminal issue of the Alchemical Face of the Goddess is how this face lenses everything as whole and perfect as it presently is! Viewing reality from this perspective is a powerful shift away from the way collective consciousness presently holds reality in duality as primarily flawed and imperfect and thus finds it “necessary” to compare and compete for the apparently “limited resources” that appear out of seeing something as lacking or incomplete in each moment. Looking through the eyes of wholeness, presents a very different picture of reality. If you are whole, there is nothing to fix, change or overcome. That isn’t to say that you may not wish to work with certain aspects of self, but the difference is that by looking through the eyes of wholeness to do that work, whatever you feel needs to be transformed, simply dissolves more gracefully in your perception of your intrinsic wholeness! This is an impossible concept to grasp with the mind. It has to be experienced directly and it is this archetype’s intention, to assist you in garnering that experience. Unconditional love is the same way. As a mental concept, it is easy to consider this as spiritually appropriate behavior. The trick is that until you have been looking directly out of the eyes of unconditional love, not as a concept, but as a living reality, you can’t possibly know what that state of being actually is! In essence we can only see that which we ARE. You cannot TRY to love unconditionally. You will have direct proof that you are looking out of the eyes of unconditional love, if you find yourself reacting emotionally, less and less to the things your daily life provides for you to interact with and thus be “tested” by. This moon, intend to have your Essence give you a direct experience of both looking out of the eyes of wholeness and unconditional love. A different world will appear! As the alchemists say, “As viewed, so appears!”

As always, please “be with” the materials in the Alchemy of Ecstasy and 13 Moon for each archetype, in the amounts you are nurtured and fed by. To gain maximum benefit always set up a sacred, ceremonial context for working with these materials. You can use the simple suggestion for evocation of each archetypal energy in the Frequency Oracle in the 13 Moon Oracle or create your own.

Recognize that when you choose to participate in this alchemical, archetypal work, the primary interface and benefit is vibrational. Alchemy is simply the raising of vibrational frequency. The vibration that is held within these words, transforms and assists in integrating and embodying these archetypal energies.

Recognize the opportunity you have through this self initiating curriculum, to both embody the qualities of this archetype, and through that focus on your wholeness, to integrate the shadow aspects. A major reason you would want to remember and work with the qualities and the shadows of each archetype is for the purpose of “prescribing” for oracular queryients and people who come to you as a priest/ess for many reasons.. Rather than mentally memorizing these qualities and shadows, you would work directly with them, asking the crystal, the tree, the element etc. to reveal its innate wisdom to you. Meditate and then speaking from the position in consciousness of an orchid, a diamond or the frequency of the rainbow for example, receive its teachings directly. (I am dolphin and from this position I ....) This is the way of the Goddess, to honor all life as sentient, conscious and wise.

For that purpose, please choose one quality and one shadow from the “Elements to Evoke and Establish Archetypal Resonance” list in the Alchemical Goddess through which you will lens your reality this moon. Because this is a life time curriculum of self initiation in the Goddess, each year, (or time around the wheel) you will pick different qualities and shadows to focus on and lens your reality through, so there is infinite holographic reflection from these various aspects, for a lifetime immersion in Her depth, beauty and wisdom. For example embodying the quality of androgyny and healing the shadow of resistance or expectation, might be one choice of lensing a quality and shadow for this archetype. Remember, these archetypes are alive and WILL interface with your life in very concrete and profound ways, when you reach out and offer yourself as a vessel for their embodiment here on Earth.

Please make note in your journal and on sticky notes as to what you are committing to focus on for this moon.(especially quality and shadow lens). Post it up somewhere so that you stay aware of it all moon. Change happens very rapidly in this kind of alchemical container, AND you can support that possibility with your mindfulness!

Keeping a journal of your experiences, dreams, art, images, meditations etc. is essential to this depth dive into your inner worlds.

Each moon/archetype, speak the Invocation in the Alchemy of Ecstasy OUT LOUD .  The vibrational truth that is revealed is very different than reading words. Each piece is Sacred Theater and meant to be taken in through vibration rather than mentally.

Meditate in depth with the three cards from the 13 Moon Oracle that are associated with this archetype: one sacred tool, one archetype, and one frequency card. The Transmute card, (the sacred tool of the peacock feather), the Frequency of Illumination Card and the Alchemical Goddess Card. During this moon, “take in”, that is really be deeply with, the associated oracles on each of these three cards.

Work especially with the mudra, mantra and sound principle for each archetype. They hold great wisdom!

Alchemy may seem like a totally arcane, irrelevant and complex subject. It is not. It is about raising your vibration. Sit with the Alchemical Principle. Meditate with it. Then, in your journal, answer the question that is associated with that principle that is found in the Frequency Oracle in the 13 Moon Oracle.

They seem difficult, as they are quantum in nature, but as you familiarize yourself with the languaging, they offer amazing clarity on the process of birth we are in as a species on this planet.

At the beginning of each moon, continue to develop a concrete means of working on each of the 13 areas of integration to fully embody the Priestess that you are. Remember, this is a LIFE LONG curriculum from the Divine Feminine lens and was originally a 13 year priest/ess training in Avalon. Take in as much as you can on any given round through the wheel of infinite experience and integration that these materials represent.

“Priest/ess Practicum for the Alchemical Goddess Moon”

ALWAYS: FEED THE FEMININE FIRST that means.. to make a commitment to start each day, even if that is only for 15 minutes.. doing something that celebrates the ecstatic body of beingness, .rather than moving into a more male “doing” mode first thing upon arising.. that can be dancing, scribing your dreams, singing, honoring the Goddess at your altar, listening in Emptiness and Silence, making love to the self, whatever nurtures and fullfills YOU. IT is a quintessential part of this work to learn to surrender to the feminine self that you are and nurture her each moon FIRST.. not being tricked by the ego into zooming straight to the computer or office, or car or whatever.. without a thought as to what it is that would actually start your day off in JOY and ECSTASY as a feminine being!!.. Believe me, if you do this one practice, your life will shift dramatically.

From the Wise Woman archetype on, in the 13 moon wheel, we are looking at reality from the point of view of transpersonal awareness. We are looking at how to step more fully into the mythic BIG STORY of our lives. So let us continue this moon to focus on our lives from the more transpersonal perspective of the mythic aspects of our beings.

This moon especially, look at your intention collage honoring what it is that you have  manifested during this 13 moon cycle and see where you are in the process of manifestation of your intentions you are. If you want additional energy or more focus on completing any areas you want to more fully explore or where you would like to strengthen any particular skill set, move your moon token around the moon wheel to go through the creational process with that one concept, inquiry or skill set.

Each archetype has a rite for embodying the energies of the archetype. In this archetype it is the Rite of Agape. Your Alchemy of Ecstasy will have a detailed description of this rite to do for all beings. If you are a solo priest/ess, consider inviting one or two other people to share this feast with. It is lovely to honor and be witnessed in how far you have come in your journey in the Goddess with someone else. If, however, there is only you and the Divine, enjoy that! You may wish in your rite, as always to find ahead of time the sacraments for your ceremonial rite this moon, which are feast foods. Orchids are usually available for your ceremonial investigation and altar. As usual, you may find it joyful to complete your moon with a ceremony, the sacramental offering and the Consecration prayer spoken out loud, along with offering the mudra and mantra.

**The element aether is the elemental focus this moon. Aether has no measurable substance, yet it is that which animates all life. It is the most rarified of the elements. ( a Mayan elder) said the emerging era of the Fifth Sun will call attention to a much-overlooked element. Whereas the four traditional elements of earth, air, fire and water have dominated various epochs in the past, there will be a fifth element to reckon with in the time of the Fifth Sun: ether. The dictionary defines ether as the rarefied element of the Heavens. Ether is a medium. It permeates all space and transmits waves of energy in a wide range of frequencies, from cell phones to human auras. What is "ethereal" is related to the regions beyond earth: the heavens. Ether the element of the Fifth Sun is celestial and lacking in material substance, but is no less real than wood, stone or flesh. "Within the context of ether there can be seen as a fusion of the polarities," "No more darkness or light, rather an uplifted fusion.

To SIT with and take in the frequency of the rainbow directly allows you to feel how to use the various frequencies that make up the rainbow in your temple and to prescribe it for beings who come to you for assistance. The rainbow represents a gift and holds the promise of our evolution in its totality. It represents wholeness, completeness, unity.

By sitting in meditation and asking a question of each of these elements as to their properties and wholing nature, deepen with the herbs tumeric, curry and passionflower. Deepen with the scents: neroli and lotus and crystals diamond, opal, labradorite, rainbow obsidian or amytrine and the tree, golden raintree and mistletoe in meditation, whatever you are most drawn to explore more deeply. It is always most fulfilling to get the fresh herb or scent to sit with to garner its truth directly by “listening” to it from within Silence. “I am opal and from this point of awareness I.......” so much truth can be garnered with this simple heart felt method of honoring the sentient nature of all life through direct listening. By deeply tuning in, you can learn how to “prescribe” using the frequency, color, scent etc. to assist people in healing and awakening.

The flowers for this archetype are exciting to sit with in meditation to investigate their energy and wholing properties: orchids and lotus. Lotus’ are very difficult to find. Most people think they are waterlillies but they are subtley different. If you ever have a chance to see Lotusland in Santa Barbara California in the late summer, you will have the direct experience of a lifetime with the lotus. They are great masters and well worth the pilgrimage to sit in their holy presence!

You may wish, as always, to do a guided visusalization or journey with the animal totem of peacock or dolphin, frog or butterfly as your guide or dreamguide. Profound awareness and revelation can come directly from the animal totems associated with these archetypes.

The mudra and mantra are powerful activators. As always, say them at least 3 times (or any set of threes.)

The Alchemical principle this moon bears a deep meditation. We will all pass through this alchemical transmutational state. It is good to feel into what that out pictures as and where you are within this process.

The sacred tool of this archetype is the peacock feather It is a great tool to become familiar with in its powerful potential to support light speed transformations and transmutations that from the ego mind would have taken a lifetime instead of one moment of full conscious awareness!!

Prepare yourself to experience that humor is the hallmark of higher consciousness!!

The most quintessential distillation of each archetype is found in the two or three word description on the 13 Moon Oracle moon wheel. To truly understand and embody the archetype, these three principles need to be experienced directly and integrated. This moon, notice how “I am Union. I am Freedom. I am Grace.” are related to wholeness and to each other, in your personal experience. Make note in your journals.

Exploring Mythic Lineages.. Each of us carries lines of evolutionary flow, gifts, abilities, talents into each life time that are primary mythic containers for our exploration in consciousness of that life. It is those larger mythic containers that are being empowered in any archetypal gift giving. To begin to explore what your own or any other beings mythic lineages are, simply ask what gives you/this being Infinite Joy?? What are they/you most passionate about? What do you/they do that is so EFFORTLESS that they may not even consider it a gift or talent because it is so innately a part of them. Notice what color or colors really move them, or that they wear or have around them a lot. That reveals a great deal. Asking ourselves these questions helps us begin to more clearly see ourselves and others in a much larger, more mythic, archetypal way.

Sacred Geometry is the most quintessential aspect of the Mystery. Please meditate with the sacred geometry of the dodecahedron, the triquetra and the star tetrahedron. Let them offer you their divine truth and wisdom directly! Please take time to deepen with the geometries to receive their expanded spiritual view point.

The myth in this archetype is the myth of Changing Woman, of the change within changelessness. You can find myths in all cultures concerning this archetype Ollin in the Mayan myth, Amaterasu in the Japanese myth, Estsanatlehi from the Navajo tradition is another great representation of this myth.

If it is in your joy, please set up a simple altar for Her to begin collecting images and totems for the Alchemical Face. A rainbow cloth, a dolphin frog or peacock neroli, opal etc.

Inquiry Questions

In observing nature, there is constant change. How are you resistant to change or afraid to change?

Where are you with your process of the integration of the inner marriage within the Self? What do you feel needs to occur for that greater integration and balance to more fully embody in your expression?

What name or image, would you give the transition, gate or passage in which you presently find yourself in this moment?

What is the substance of abundance? What is abundance for you? Really inquire about that inside. If I were living a fully abundant life, what would that look like? Not what the culture has programmed me to believe, but my OWN definition of abundance.

What would need to change in your life for you to give up the shadows of this archetype: expectation, struggle and/ or fixity? Focus on the one you still experience to bring it into wholeness this moon.

Breath. Deepen. With what mythic lineages (evolutionary lines of flow) are you exploring your gifts in this lifetime?
