This day-long workshop is a unique opportunity to delve into the alchemical process of transition with the support of sacred anointing oils and practices that will support you in living fully, ecstatically. It promises to be a deeply enriching experience, offering you tools and wisdom to navigate the beautiful and inevitable cycles of life.

What you will experience:

Hands-on anointing practices to support conscious transitions
Techniques to embrace and transform the fear of death
Creation of sacred space for yourself and others during times of transition
Inward journey utilizing the medicine of breath and sound.
Deep connection with like-minded individuals on a similar journey

Uma has worked with Santa Barbara Hospice offering Kindalooney Yoga at the Santa Barbara Cancer Center.
