Week 3 – Awakening the Inner Masculine
Day 15- Invoking the Divine Masculine
Today begin to shift your awareness to the Divine Masculine.
Begin by identifying what qualities does the masculine hold?
The masculine represents action, direction, movement, responsibility, strength, focus, fatherhood, the sun, generosity, encouragement, material abundance, clarity, intellect, transformation and growth. When brought into heart-centered action in service to the whole it is a powerful force for good.
Allow the divine masculine within you to surface, begin to search for these aspects within yourself.
Alchemical Tune – Up
Write down the qualities of the masculine within you that you appreciate and begin to see how these qualities are needed to support the feminine and the power of this inner union.
Place this list on your altar honoring this aspect using the symbols of the Divine Masculine such as a sword, wand of light, Shiva, lingam and other images that reflect these qualities. Find images that inspire you and call forth the divine masculine within you.

Day 16 - Healing your Relationship with your Father
If you have resistance to your father, you have resistance to the masculine within you. To come into your own masculine begin by examining and healing the relationship between you and your father.
Your first introduction to the masculine is your father. What qualities do you admire about your Father and what qualities do you judge?
Alchemical Tune-Up
Place a picture of your Father on your altar and write a letter of appreciation to your Father. You do not need to send this. The intention is to cultivate the feeling of appreciation and shift your awareness to the light.

Day 17 - What Qualities of the Masculine do you Judge or Resist?
In our world we have seen a paradigm of the patriarch which has been dominated by the masculine shadow. In order to shift the outer paradigm we need to cultivate a new relationship with the masculine and raise the vibration of the masculine.
Alchemical Tune-Up
Take an inventory of what you judge about the masculine, what you react to around the masculine. Where is the separation within you from the masculine? Write these down. And, if you can do so safely, burn them.
Allow them to burn in the Violet Flame of Love. The Violet Flame is a unifying flame. It unifies the heart and mind. It clears the judging, separating mind.
Offer an Ho’oponopono prayer of forgiveness.
Day 18 - Invoking the Archetypal Energies of the Green Man, Stag King, Emperor, Warrior
Today we will invoke and embody the Divine Masculine and the archetypal energies of the Green Man, Stag King, Emperor, and Warrior.
“Archetypally throughout history we have seen examples of this masculine Presence, and even in some human, embodied forms. But the archetypal energies that often embody this are, for instance, King Arthur and Lancelot, the Knights of the Round Table, who were there in service to the feminine. They created paradise, for some short period of time, mythologically. But the paradise, the myth, is a reflection of an inner archetype within all of us in which we know that that level of nobility and alignment with the higher feminine values, the appreciation of those, the service we give in support of those values of the feminine that bring us all together in Love, and in appreciation of Beauty, and art, and of deep, intimate connection, and friendship and brotherhood with one another.
The Knights of the Round Table were archetypal embodiments of this aspect of the divine masculine that is balanced in masculine and feminine. Because they were there in service to this higher ideal, something that was above and beyond their ordinary daily experience. It gave their life meaning and purpose. And those are two qualities that are very important to the masculine, that we have meaning and purpose in our lives. That we feel the call to do something greater than our own individual day-to-day taking care of your life.
To invoke these qualities we want to explore the aspects of ourselves that are strength, will power, focused energy, dynamism. And we want to see how we can use those energies to create balance within ourselves that is a reflection of the Knights of the Round Table, and the way they lived their lives as embodiments of all of the highest values of human life; nobility, honesty, integrity. Any aspects of these archetypes that seem “new” can be integrated by imagining what it would feel like to think or behave in this new way and see what shifts of thinking and behaving that produces. As you do, look for circumstances or opportunities that could be positively affected by adopting these higher concepts, principles and motivations and seek to enable their presence.
Contemplate what the “fullness” of each expression means to you.
Contemplate how these currently show up in your life.
Look for the area and ways you are already embodying them.
Don't look for the places you are deficient or lack in the fullness of the archetype. Only Look for what you are already being.

King/ Father
“The archetype of the King actively plays the central role of order and blessing, benevolence and fertility, strength and balance. While the God archetype seeds thought forms and ideas, the King births them and actively looks to their growth and further manifestation into existence —being the steward of these.
The King archetype governs the domain of material-manifestation, family, “kingdom”—your sphere of influence including your relationship to individuals and physical locations: i.e. home, neighborhood, community, etc., material wealth and abundance.
The King archetype has the sterling attribute of “unyielding strength of character” and is relied upon by all in the realm to not yield to less noble, self-serving interests or compulsions. Thusly, the King inspires and unites the realm to follow his lead. He combines this strength with intelligence, right-action and wisdom.
Being with a man who is in the fullness of the King archetype feels like this: He is supportive and nurturing of the well-being and easeful participation and happiness of those he engages with. He is a stabilizing and calming influence in all circumstances. By his balance and “potency” (strength, effectiveness) others are comforted and influenced to imitate his example. His demeanor is “seasoned” and carries wisdom with it, not adolescent impulsiveness.
The King archetype is complex with multiple aspects that comprise this unique expression of the divine. His wisdom carries a transpersonal selflessness—like a kind father. He is an agent of the divine having reverence for all life. He is benevolent, even-handed, calm, caring and thoughtfully present—yet passionate in his whole-hearted support. He is settled in the knowing that everything is as it should be, everything changes, and there is no lack or anything to genuinely fear.” Sunyata Satchitananda
The Warrior
“The Warrior archetype is the most represented and exploited archetype in our culture—being elevated and revered by the dominant patriarchal society as disciplined leader and protector. While these are two of the Warrior’s sterling qualities, it is what comprises his fullness that makes this archetype truly a divine expression.
Warrior qualities include decisiveness and clarity of thought, selfless service, genuine humility, strength of experiential “knowing,” courage to do what serves the highest good even when it is a personal challenge to do so. He serves to maintain and support established systems and forms consciously, without blind rigidity, being exemplary in loyalty to a greater good beyond personal gain.
He remains calm and centered while under challenge. He is inwardly aligned and integrated—in touch with his feelings, being warm and compassionate, appreciative and generous at every opportunity. He fights “the good fight” in favor of benefiting the greater good and making life more fulfilling for everyone.
Being in the presence of a man in the fullness of the Warrior archetype feels like this: His strength of stature is evident and unheralded—not needing accolades or compliments. He contributes without fanfare or needing to direct or “lord” himself over others. He eagerly responds to requests of service showing respect to all—especially to those “elder” to him, as well as other men, women, children, animals and the earth.
He “knows himself” and finds his place in collaborative projects, being fulfilled and contented with the collaboration and not by ambition or competition. The man in the fullness of the Warrior makes you feel safe while not being oppressed by his stature or protection.” Sunyata
Day 19 - Honoring the Divine Masculine
“For those seeking an expanded understanding of the Self,the Divine Masculine is not a distant, detached, jealous and vengeful male deity. The Divine Masculine (along with the Divine Feminine) acts as a shining mirror of the Self, revealing aspects that need compassionate attention and support to become one’s highest potential.” Sunyata

Go out into nature on a vision quest with the intention of being the masculine, the protector of the Land, walking the land in pure Presence, blessing the land with each step you take. Enter into a state of communion with everything, the trees, the plants, the animals, the sun, the sky, all of the elements.
Ask the nature spirits to gift you with your sacred staff so you may be one with the tree of life, that which you are, the part of you that is here in service to Gaia.
When you receive the staff activate it with your solar power charge it with your empowered love and Presence.

Day 20 - Masculine Energy as Dynamic Movement, Mars Energy
Mars governs our will, will power, our strength of will, determination, our warrior nature that allows us to overcome all obstacles and to persevere. Mars also is about prana, our breath, our subtle bodies (chakras), our dynamism and life force. It is through a properly functioning will that we are able to achieve some goal or objective. Masculinity is all about direct, forward moving energy. When you make a decision, you open the door to what you want and close the door to what you don’t want. This prevents you from scattering your energy in different directions. It ensures that your vital energy will move in one direction with force and direction. A big part of moving forward is the willingness to take risks and learn how to turn mistakes into beneficial lessons to propel you forward even faster. Stagnation is the opposite of masculine energy. When you are unwilling to make mistakes, you stagnate and the divine masculine energy within you becomes suppressed. No more hiding from fears. If you’re committed to embracing your masculinity, it is time to face your fears head on.

Embrace forward movement. Imagine you were watching your life third person. Imagine following yourself for a day in your life. Are there areas of your life where you feel stagnation? What choices could you make (and enact) right now to bring forward movement into those areas of your life?

Day 21 - Falling in Love with the Lover Within
Write a love letter to your masculine aspect starting with all you appreciate, respect and love about this aspect that is living as the highest vibration of the masculine.
Ask the question "What would I need to fall in love more deeply with the sacred masculine, to come into true Divine peace with the awakened masculine within me and manifest it in the world?
Love of the Holy is to truly love the masculine and feminine as holy beings that have incarnated as Love.

Find music that has the energy of the masculine and dance as the Masculine energy embodied. Feel it in every cell of your being. Feel the fire, the passion, the purpose, the strength, the action, the presence that is awake and aware of itself as that.
Notice if the dance is a tango, flamenco, salsa, mix up the rhythms so you can feel the many different ways it dances through you.

Day 22 - The new Archetype of the Warrior of the Heart is Emerging
What does it mean to be a Warrior of the Heart?
It is time to end the war within, to unify all polarities and separation, to forgive, to walk with an open heart and stand for the triumph of true love on Earth.
It is through balance and wholeness individually that we bring balance and harmony into the collective.
It is time to put down your shields of defense, the illusion of protection, and see that in our defense we harm not only the other but oneself.
What shield's do you still use to defend and protect?

It is time to create your light shield.
This shield is not one of protection, it is one that radiates out from the heart with energetic symbols that attract, manifest and bring harmony to your life and relationships.
Call on the energy of the light shield to assist you in focusing and harmonizing your intent for this inner union.

Stand with your feet firmly planted into Mother Earth... allow the deep red of Mother Earth to rise up your trunk and fill your heart chalice with her deep burgundy, Sangreal. Now feel Father Sun above radiating golden solar liquid light through your crown. Allow this liquid love light to flow into your heart chalice merging with the burgundy life force of Mother Earth as they begin to spiral creating a rose gold light becoming the nectar of the power of true love.
See yourself drinking from this heart chalice filling you with liquid love light as this light begins to radiate out surrounding your body forming a luminous egg around you.
Imagine and Feel this luminous egg that surrounds and protects you.
