Day 9 – Invoking the Violet Flame of Purification and the Goddess of Love
Today we will begin to bring our awareness to the Divine Feminine energies invoking the archetypal energy of The Goddess of Love on our path of self love. And later this week we will invoke the The Goddess of Compassion.
Here now we invoke the power of the Violet Flame of Purification. As we enter into the Alchemical process of dissolving (Solutio). The Violet Flame contains within it the awesome power to offer divine grace, forgiveness, healing and releasing all lesser realities than Divine Love.
We bring this energy into full embodiment by drawing it, singing it, dancing it, bringing it into embodied Presence. Shakti is not static! She is ecstatic movement! She wants to express this creative life force energy, to be the dynamic dance of the masculine/feminine that is in action through Her embodied Presence and remembrance of her wholeness.
Symbols are energetic transmitters that magnetize the energetic frequency into your reality, into your experience. Begin to see how the world of metaphor and symbols are communicating with you through symbols, images, colors, and sounds, for they are all frequencies. As we raise the frequency of the wounded feminine to the higher vibration of empowered feminine we liberate and free ourselves.
Archetypal energy heals, catalyzes and transforms at a vibrational level of consciousness that goes far beyond what the mind can cognize. For example, the archetype of the Fool, The King, The Mother, the Priest/ess, the Magician have existed in many cultures throughout time. One of the primary functions archetypes serve is to assist us in looking at our lives from a much larger, more mythic and spiritually expansive perspective than our ordinary ego’s day-to-day view of reality.
We will continue to feel the Archetype of the Great Mother and her unconditional embrace as we continue this alchemical journey of the “Return to Wholeness.”

Feed the Feminine First
Feed your Feminine the feast of your holy adoration first thing each morning, before you jump on to the do-do train. Train yourself to nourish and nurture yourself first. This might be doing some yoga, move your body, anoint your body with oils, go outside and sit in the sun and fill up your solar packs so you can spread your heart wings and fly through the day. Sit in meditation, write your desires for the day, read an inspiring passage, self pleasure making love with the divine within. Whatever brings you into the luscious body of the feminine that is being fed with beauty and delight.

Day 10 Deepening Your Practice of Self Love
All unconditional love begins with love of self. Changing your vibration awareness, raising your love level, is the only thing that results in any real change.You will not lift your present vibration until you love yourself just the way you are now!

What does unconditional love feel like to YOU?
Unconditional love feels like an overwhelming sensation of overflowing energy that just can’t be stopped. Unconditional love is bliss in the body. Expansiveness. Conflicts and petty irritations disappear, timelessness. Unconditional love doesn’t like to be stanched, coerced, guilted, defined, shamed.. It simply wants to flow innocently in the authentic expression of the present moment.
What for you, apparently stands between you and the embodiment of unconditional love? What will it take to transmute that?
What do you appreciate and love about yourself. Write a list and place it upon your altar or wherever you can see it. Honoring and empowering these aspects.

Day 11 - Entering into the Compassionate Heart
Today we draw our awareness into the Lotus Blossom of the Compassionate Heart and ignite the triple flame upon it's altar. The flames of love, wisdom, and power. Forgiveness opens the heart and transcends the illusion of separation.
What is forgiveness? What is your resistance to forgiving someone? (Are those reasons actually real?) Forgiveness is an opener of the way, freer of stuck energy, the radiance of release.

Ho'oponopono practice of forgiveness. For the ancient Hawaiians, all problems begin as thought. But having a thought is not the problem. So what's the problem? The problem is that all our thoughts are imbued with painful memories, memories of persons, places, or things.
The intellect working alone can't solve these problems, because the intellect only manages. Managing things is no way to solve problems. You want to let them go! When you do Ho'oponopono, what happens is that the Divinity takes the painful thought and neutralizes or purifies it. You don't purify the person, place, or thing. You neutralize the energy you associate with that person, place, or thing. So the first stage of Ho'oponopono is the purification of that energy.
Now something wonderful happens. Not only does that energy get neutralized; it also gets released, so there's a brand new slate.
To do Ho'oponopono, you don't have to know what the problem or error is. All you have to do is notice any problem you are experiencing physically, mentally, emotionally, whatever. Once you notice, your responsibility is to immediately begin to clean, to say, "I'm sorry. Please forgive me."

Day 12 - Compassion and Forgiveness
The true nature of compassion is that it sees past what is perceived to be flaws.
This is an essential part of the spiritual journey into freedom and wholeness.
Begin to deepen and journal at a soul level, with what compassion and forgiveness actually are?
Note what you resist about either and then inquire if that is actual and true or not.
Continue working with the violet flame in deepening your understanding of forgiveness and compassion.

Take a love bath filled with rose petals and sweet smelling scents and feel the love wash over you.

Day 13 - Compassion
As you deepen in your practice of self love and compassion you begin to see others differently. Perception creates projection!
The nature of projection?
What judgements and resistance do you have with the feminine.
Write these out and offer them into the violet flame.
Alchemical Tune- Up: Ways to Shift Vibrationally
Meditation: Place one person in front of you that you love/adore.. fully imagine and feel your adoration. Then place someone behind you that you dislike or judge. Then place someone to your right that you feel the need to forgive, or be forgiven by. And on the left side a total stranger someone you just saw in your journey today.
If there is any difference between how you feel about these four positions you don’t have a complete understanding of the nature of compassion and forgiveness.
Then Call in the violet flame into the heart.. allow it to spread to every cell, muscle, bone, nerve synapse, fanning out to engulf the whole body and subtle bodies. With that in place, allow the fire to begin to make a vortex that begins to spin faster and faster until all 4 positions you were holding around you are engulfed in the violet fire.. allow this flame to burn away anything that you are presently willing to let go of, to put that into this fire of transmutation.

Day 14 - Forgiveness
Look at the models you have of the feminine, the first model being your Mother, look at the ways you have judged or resisted these aspects of your Mother and where that part of her resides within you When we disown parts of ourself we separate from our Wholeness.
Inquire what qualities and beliefs have you inherited from your Mother write them down then bring them into the sanctuary of your open heart and place them upon the altar of your heart as you forgive all the ways you have judged or resisted these aspects.

Place a picture of your Mother on your altar honoring the feminine.Look at the image and see only perfection, see the love that was trying to emerge.

Day 15 The Embodied Feminine
Embodied Presence. The Feminine is about being in the body and trusting it's wisdom. Shakti is not static! She is ecstatic movement! She wants to express this creative life force energy.
To Embody the feminine more fully we need to feel her in our body, to awaken to sensations that awaken us to feel her life force.

Breath her into embodiment with feeling her subtle and not so subtle movements, Slow down and become aware of the breath moving you. Feel the breath of love expanding in your cells as they become like water moving down a stream, sometimes flowing fast and sometimes just a trickle. Allow this movement to consciously move you without you being the mover the doer.
Feel the Eros of movement making love to you, caressing you, embracing you,seducing you to awaken more fully to this precious moment.
Ahh ... just sounding this opens your heart and body.

Day 16 - The Empowered Feminine.
Feel the power of the wild primal feminine. The instinctual animal part of you that is untamed and free. When we tap into our divine nature and raise the frequencies of these qualities of the feminine we tap into their innate power.
Set her free by tapping into the creative energy. Paint, dance, write, Her out.
